Our shiny brand-new community hub, Our Director Kerrie’s brain child, is a part of the organisation of which we are very proud, it has been purposely developed to be inclusive in every way, with areas to promote independent living and life skills, sensory room, music, days out, arts and crafts, reading or just enjoying the company of others in a fresh and bright environment.
This is somewhere to come and just simply have a good time! Want to cut a rug with the best of them and throw some shapes? Well weekly disco night might be just the place for you to let it all hang out and dance the night away to vour favourite music. Whatever the weather there will always be something for you to get involved with and if you have any suggestions for activities, you think we should be offering just speak up and wherever possible we will make it happen!!
Scholars House
Our first service the benchmark for our organisation. It has been developed to provide a beautiful home where our clients can be comfortable and feel at home, a place they can be proud of and live the way they choose. The property is a three-bedroom property with a large garden; prior to welcoming tenant the property was completely refurbished to the highest standard. At 1 Step Beyond, every property is more than just a space—it’s your space. From the moment you step through the door, you’ll notice the difference. We’ve moved away from the usual, opting instead for light, uplifting interiors that feel welcoming and personal. Our role is to ensure the environment is maintained to the highest standard, with regular weekly visits by both the management team and Directors. But when it comes to how your home looks and feels? Fasson House
A four-bedroom property with large open living spaces including a fully fitted kitchen so that our tenants can enjoy cooking on their own or as a group. As with every property alongside our property partners we nave aimed to cater for everyone’s needs and wants.
Communal areas are set out to promote a family environment with adequate space for time alone when needed. Outside there is a landscaped garden with a large, paved area and a raised lawn. Close to the local town with many attractions and chances for social engagement. The river and woodlands are within walking distance along with one of the country’s leading theme parks.

A brand-new development of four 2 bed-room apartments set in a semi-rural location with great views of the rolling countryside the local town is within walking distance and the nearby city of Lichfield Is simply a short bus ride away.
The Apartments are finished to our usual high standard with a contemporary feel. This quirky development is just perfect for individuals who would prefer to live alone but still have the reassurance of having a support team on site. Having visitors over is no problem, the apartments have a large car park as well as easy to maintain outside space.
